No, there is no physical card. Your WhatsApp number serves as your unique membership identifier and "card number."

Is there a special app for members?

No, there is no special app. The entire membership program is managed exclusively through WhatsApp.

Does my membership expire?

No, your membership does not expire. Only the promotional vouchers have specific validity periods.

Is my membership valid at all Vilo outlets?

Yes, your membership is applicable across all Vilo outlets that participate in the WhatsApp Membership program.

What are the benefits of being a member?

Members receive various perks, including: Vouchers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1), Birthday rewards, and special tier-based rewards (Seeker, Explorer, Adventurer).

How do I redeem my JOY CLUB benefits?

Benefits are redeemed by using the vouchers sent to you via WhatsApp. Simply provide your WhatsApp number and show the cashier your voucher for validation.

Does the discount apply to all products?

No. The benefits are limited to classic flavours only.

Do the benefits apply to online purchases?

Currently, the program benefits are exclusively designed for in-store transactions.

How long do the vouchers/discounts last?

You must register in-store during any purchase. Simply ask the cashier; they will ask for your WhatsApp number to register you.

No, the registration process is exclusively done in-store during checkout.

When can I start enjoying my benefits?

Immediately after registration! You will automatically receive a WhatsApp confirmation of your membership, including any initial available vouchers.

Are membership benefits applicable to my current purchase when I register?
